REFUND AND
CANCELLATION POLICY
Last updated: 29.01.2026
1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and project terminations are handled. By purchasing services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Project-based services
All services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work begins only after payment or deposit is received.
3. Deposits and upfront payments
Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has started. This covers time spent on planning, preparation, and initial implementation.
4. Cancellations by the client
If the client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, no refund will be provided for work already completed. If cancellation occurs before work has started, a refund may be issued, minus any administrative or preparation costs.
5. Delays caused by the client
If a project is delayed due to missing information, content, or feedback from the client for more than 30 days, the project may be paused or considered cancelled without refund for work already completed.
6. Cancellations by the provider
In the unlikely event that the provider is unable to complete the agreed services, a fair refund will be issued for any work not yet completed.
7. No guarantees
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences or lack of business results, including traffic, rankings, or lead generation outcomes.
8. Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties, such as advertising platforms, domain registrars, or hosting providers, are non-refundable and are subject to the terms of those third parties.
9. Changes to scope
Requests for work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and do not qualify for refunds.
